About the Event
Join us for a rejuvenating day at Movement & Mocktails Wellness Day hosted by Clarity Fitness and ATL Rising Women! This outdoor event is designed to invigorate your body, mind, and spirit with a blend of movement, mindfulness, and making new connections. From wellness sessions, to complimentary mobile sauna sessions, to shopping with wellness vendors…come meet us for a morning of wellness at Decatur Square followed by happy hour at Brick Store Pub patio right next door!

Event Schedule:
- 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Introduction and Icebreaker
- 10:00 AM - 10:40 AM: Yoga Session
- 10:45 AM - 11:10 AM: Take a moment to relax, socialize, and explore wellness vendors.
- 11:15 AM - 12:10 PM: Dance Class. Get moving with our outdoor dance class and enjoy the rhythm and energy!
- 12:15 PM - 12:45 PM: Shopping Vendors
- 12:45 PM - 2:00 PM: Happy Hour. Unwind with signature drinks and enjoy a special Happy Hour menu on the patio at Brick Store Pub!
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Workout attire encouraged
🚗 Event Parking: Parking on the Decatur square is self-paid. The closest parking is street parking on W Ponce and E Ponce, the SP+ lot located at 127 Swanton Way, or the SP+ lot located at 101 W Ponce de Leon Ave.
